Our strict hiring practices offer opportunities to those with the skills to become a linguist, and every candidate is screened for proficiency and work-related skills to ensure that customers receive the highest quality service possible. Our interpreters must know terminologies and procedures, and they must continue their interpreting education by taking courses, tests, and studying material our trainer provides.
If you are selected as an interpreter, you will undergo our in-house training course. On successful completion of the study, you will be hired as a trainee for 90 days. We provide you with an avenue for career growth, not just employment!
